Twitter with a mute button.
twalala is a web-based Twitter client that allows you to control what you see (and more importantly what you don’t see) in your twitterstream.
With twalala, you are able to mute the people you follow, and/or filter out tweets that contain specific keywords. You can can also create a whitelist of terms, so that important messages (such as @replies) are highlighted in your twitterstream and not blocked by your blacklist. Perfect for separating the tweet from the chaff.

Looks good and I generally like it. One big issue: when I click on someones @someone in a tweet, it tries to find that user in twalala, and of-course, they are not there. To continue development, would need to handle that case because drilling down through replies is the power of twitter.
Definitely fills a need for larger twitter lists. Although, when I need a mute button, I just close twitter altogether.
